IT'S SIMPLE
Are you frustrated with the ever diminishing quality and low performance of traditional cement that requires a higher cement purchase volume to achieve the same basic result?
Or is it sudden cement price hikes, inflated shipment costs and greenwashed offers to lower your carbon footprint that are costly and even worse, don't work?
Or are you a cement manufacturer facing challenges in reducing your carbon footprint and sincerely eager to catch the inevitable wave of disruption in the next generation of cement and concrete material designs?
WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED.
Nanotechnology is the science of high performance, at low volume. The higher the performance of the nanomaterial, the lower the dosage required - in ANY material system, concrete inclusive.
It is well known, that the specific surface area (blaine) of cement determines both its performance and dosage requirements, in concrete. Here is how the surface area of our nano-cements rank with conventional cement products:
GENERAL PURPOSE CEMENT : 3200–3800 cm2·g−1
RAPID HARDENING CEMENT : 4500 – 6500 cm2·g−1
NANOARC QUANTCEM : 359300 - 635200 cm2·g−1
QUANTCEM systems currently have a specific surface area ~ 200 times higher than conventional cements. The Ultra-High blaine of QUANTCEM doesn't come by grinding but thanks to our proprietary advanced sustainable nanochemistry process, free of the emissions associated with traditional cement production.
When blended with materials other than Portland Cement, our two key nanocements aid in the hydration and accelerated cure of concrete with alternative systems as follows :
QUANTCEM CURE - very effective with fly ash
QUANTCEM X-PRESS - very effective with GGBFS
QUANTCEM BENEFITS
Our systems are designed to offset the negative impact of fly ash and GGBS on the early-age properties of concrete. They improve workability without the use of superplasticizers, act as effective Nano-Fillers to reduce concrete porosity offering a smooth and refined surface finish, accelerate concrete cure rate and provide rapid strength gain in the first 24 - 72 hours.
QUANTCEM USAGE IN MICROCEMENT, PATTERNED CONCRETE & REPAIR
As a nanofiller of remnant harmful pores in concrete, providing a thinner yet dense and crack-resistant smoother surface finish
As a nucleation site for cement particles to densify concrete without increasing its weight
Helps in the consolidation of unsound formations, repairing casing leaks in squeeze operations, particularly “tight” leaks that are inaccessible to microfine & conventional cement slurries due to their larger particle size and limited penetrability.
QUANTCEM is not just about its nano-cement properties, superior performance and environmental benefits, it is about durability, improving concrete quality and longterm stability, to minimise maintenance costs.
QUANTCEM ADOPTION
Clients can either transition gracefully to our NanoCements benefiting from a higher concrete performance and durability at a significantly low carbon footprint, using dosage guidelines provided on our website or blend proportionately, with other cements for carbon footprint management and a performance enhancement thereof.
SIMPLIFIED LOGISTICS
The ultra-high blaine of QUANTCEM enables their usage at unconventionally low doses, which lowers logistics costs e.g. 1kg (2.2 lb) of QUANTCEM CURE is viable for 370 m3 (440 Yd3) of concrete, shipped from our facility to any worldwide location, at a fixed cost of $105 or 45€ across all of Europe. This compensates for the hefty costs incurred with the shipment of tonnes of conventional cement.
